Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

  • Generate Leads & Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Social Media marketing
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM/SMO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Should be able to improve brand and site visibility within major search engines for important keyword phrases and increase organic traffic.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • To increase site authority through trusted and natural link building, and meeting/surpassing client conversion goals.
  • To train existing team on the latest developments in SEO.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Create reports, SEO audits for the company & manage SEO tools for the company.

Job Description:

  • Minimum 5-10 successful SEO projects will be an added advantage.
  • Ensure top ranking on all search engines for the top keywords identified
  • Candidate must have Good English Communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Analyse, recommend and implement strategies to improve share of organic search traffic
  • Ensure all SEO work, both off-page and on-page done is on par with Industry Standards
  • Work very closely with teams like Social Media and Web Analytics to improve SEO efforts
  • Keep abreast of new developments in SEO actively. Research, test and propose new approaches to improve search engine ranking
  • Have proven track-record of creative optimization and successive gains
  • Having knowledge of HTML.
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Experience in using various keyword & Online analysis tools like Google Analytics, Webmaster Tool, keyword tool etc.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure collection of ticket book, boarding pass, monument tickets, water bottles, feedback forms, passenger details form at each destination with bus entry exit timings.
  • Greet passengers on board.
  • Check & Issue boarding passes to the passengers on board.
  • Give proper description/information to the passengers about the destinations, monuments, heritage sights, markets etc. during the travel time.
  • Offer appropriate answer/ response to passenger queries.
  • Inform and engage passengers through en-route hidden gems and neighborhoods.
  • Inform passengers about general information like in & out time entry ticket, photography charges, if any before the arrival of the destination.
  • To ensure regular announcement of availability of souvenirs at I Centre.

Desired Skill set

  • Should be presentable and have Pleasing Personality.
  • Candidate from Hospitality/ Tourism / Travel will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
  • Should be well versed with the geography and the tourist spots of Goa.
